A pre-order or on-demand means that garments are created to order. Instead of the traditional fashion calendar, where brands produce hundreds or thousands of the same garment, the pre-order method help us ensure that production corresponds more directly to demand, ultimately establishing a positive commercial model for all. 

Participating in buying earlier makes production on demand and helps reduce fashion overproduction.

In terms of pricing, this model allow to be more sustainable and and therefore we are able to offer a discount on preorder products. This is why we give you 30% off at launch - to encourage on-demand shopping; after the discount drops to 20%. The earlier you order, the more discount you will get.

1. 1. At launch, you will be able to select products and see the expected shipping start date. We offer an initial 30% discount at launch, to thank you for the wait.
   
2. The discount drops to 20% for ongoing pre-orders, where we start knowing how many pieces we will produce. This would be the second batch of orders, which takes about four weeks to produce. 
   
3. Finally, the product is offered at full price and will be in stock, therefore ready to ship so you can enjoy them straight away, but at a higher price.
   

On-demand is one of the most sustainable production methods because instead of making garments in massively, we wait for orders to come in so we can produce more directly to demand. This way we don’t have leftover stock or fabric en masse - most brands burn this or take it to landfills, a huge threat to our ecosystem.

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Can Pep Rey products should not have been worn, used or washed. Please fill out the return form, and send it back to us with the item that you want to return. Send your return to the following address:

We do not accept returns on briefs and bodies, as they are in contact with intimate parts of the body and for hygienic reasons. If you are unsure about the sizing, feel free to reach out to us, we are happy to help you.

If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed. You must return the CAN PEP REY products to the CAN PEP REY online store's return address in perfect condition.

As soon as we receive the package with your return, we will issue the refund.
