FABRIC DESCRIPTION: 

Flannel made out of 100% soft woven fabric, sourced and made in Portugal. Flannel is a loosely woven fabric known for being soft and warm. While originally made from worsted yarn or carded wool, our flannel is  made from organic cotton wool, called cotton flannel fabric. This blend turns the cotton fabric into a light, breathable, and soft piece. It is characterized by being a woven fabric similar to a jersey, cozy and moisture absorbent. The pieces that are made with this composition of fabric are the perfect basics with a more responsible background since it is made with organic and recycled cotton. Both processes imply a lower environmental impact than conventional methods; organic cotton, avoiding the use of chemical products for its cultivation; and recycled cotton, reducing the amount of water and energy needed to grow and generate virgin cotton.

GARMENT CARE DESCRIPTION: 

HAND WASHING

We recommend you wash these pieces with cold or lukewarm water to keep them soft and bright, instead of warm water because it can cause fade over time and begin to pill. Also, we recommend hand washing to reduce the stress on the clothes.

DRY NATURALLY 

Flannel is notorious for shrinking, for this reason it is necessary to take extra precautions when washing anything flannel. Dry naturally these garments and do not tumble dry.

HANG OR LAY FLAT

If the garments do need ironing, then we recommend placing a slightly damp cloth over the thread to avoid direct heat ruining the material or using the steam setting on the iron.
