CAN PEP REY store will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the CAN PEP REY store site, and will be applied to your order at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
International orders will be shipped with UPS. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the UPS tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.ups.com. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since UPS couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.
German orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
CAN PEP REY store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by CAN PEP REY store.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Please note that exchanges will only be offered for a different size in the exact same item originally ordered. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed. You must return the CAN PEP REY products to the CAN PEP REY online store's return address in perfect condition. The CAN PEP REY products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Return have to be sent with tracking number, get in touch with us to see if we can provide UPS labels or if you must use your domestic postal system.

COSTS FOR RETURN
CAN PEP REY store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product.
European returns can be made via our return center https://canpeprey.shipping-portal.com/rp/
or by contacting our customer service at email@example.com. A 10€ return fee will be charged.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after CAN PEP REY store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card or Paypal you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by CAN PEP REY store. Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, CAN PEP REY store will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note that CAN PEP REY store will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
If returning an item from outside of the EU, please clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS', and ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
CAN PEP REY is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
For non-EU customers, it is mandatory to print 3 times the original invoice (or reuse the one that arrived with the order), write the following sentence on each copy „Devolución por disconformidad“ and attach it to the outer part of the box (next to the Return Label). Please also attach the provided „Return“- sticker to the outside of the box.
